Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DevGO handles data in Kindaro. Contact: contact@kindaro.com.br.
What data we handle
Account (email, identifiers), family links and permissions, details of people and pets you enter (nickname, dates, school), schedule, lists, documents and health records you upload, subscription data from the stores, and technical data with no personal content. Where children are involved, details are entered by their parents or caregivers.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide the service you asked for, protect accounts and meet obligations. Health and children's data get specific treatment, with attention to the child's best interests. Legal bases per purpose depend on legal review before final publication.
Who has access within the family
Each person sees only the profiles and modules they're authorized for. Invitations don't include health by default. Paying for the subscription doesn't give universal access to documents. The app owner can't read family documents through the admin panel.
Services and transfers
We use database and storage, hosting, notification and subscription providers (Supabase, Vercel, Expo, RevenueCat, Apple and Google). Regions and international transfers will be listed here once contracts are final.
Assisted reading
Questions to the KIKI assistant, community posts and photos of notices or lists you choose to import are processed by Google (Gemini API), only to answer, review or transcribe. We do not send your family data with your questions. Health documents are not sent. While we use the API's free plan, Google may use this content to improve its products, and it may undergo human review, so do not include names, addresses or health data. Retention follows Google's policies for the Gemini API.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. An optional technical cookie remembers the chosen language. We don't run advertising based on health or children's data.
Security
Server-side access control, private storage, short-lived links, and protection in transit and at rest from the provider. We don't offer end-to-end encryption, and no system is absolutely secure. Sign-in, sign-up and access emails are processed by Clerk, our authentication provider. Payments are processed by Stripe and contact messages may be sent through Resend.
Retention and deletion
When a subscription ends, nothing is erased automatically. When you delete your account, access is revoked immediately and active data is erased within 30 days as an operating goal, except for documented obligations. Backups expire under a policy to be published, and restoring them reapplies deletions.
Your rights
You can access, correct and export data, revoke permissions and request deletion in the app or through support: contact@kindaro.com.br.
Changes and incidents
Significant changes will be announced before they take effect. In an incident, we'll make the communications required by applicable law. Earlier versions will remain available in a public archive.
Community
If you create a profile, your @, name and posts are visible according to the forum or group. This profile is separate from family data. Reported content may be read by moderators. Don't post children's details.
